The Kays Foundation provides support grants and funding through the University in response to applications by faculty, staff, entities and divisions of the University, including, but not limited to, Colleges, Departments and Institutes.

The Foundation funds, at its discretion, research, special studies, equipment purchases and efforts deemed worthy of support through and application and review process.

All requests for support must receive approval from appropriate University review committees and officials prior to submission to the Foundation.

Grants will be awarded consistent with the appropriate institutional rules and regulations and without regard to the race, creed, sex, or nationality of applicants.

All applications for grants must comply with applicable time lines and procedures set forth in the Applications for Grants or other published materials.

The Foundation reserves the right to waive, in unusual situations, the normal application procedure and make special grants where circumstances warrant.

The Foundation's policy is that all projects, studies, etc., which it funds must, to some substantial degree, benefit and advance the goals of Arkansas State University.
