Request for grants from the Foundation will follow an application/recommendation/approval procedure outlined by the Foundation (see appropriate forms).
       Request for funding must be submitted on, and in accordance with instructions found with, application forms provided by the Kays Foundation. These forms may be obtained from the offices of the Foundation or will be mailed upon request.
       All applications for grants and funding must be received by the Kays Foundation no later than the deadline provided with the forms.
       The Kays Foundation Board of Directors or its representatives will review all applications and notify and announce all successful applicants. Funding will be for the fiscal year beginning the following July 1.
       Each successful applicant will be required to submit appropriate progress reports and a final summary report to the Foundation upon completion of the activity for which the funding was provided.
